SECTION 2 - DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Products shipped for our warehouses and affiliates may, at times, be affected by weather, economic conditions and natural events, so we apologize if you encounter delays, we will do our best to make sure you stay up to date and informed of your shipping progress.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES
My Glam Tote will ship your purchased products anywhere in the Continental U.S., where AK, HI shipping rates may slightly vary.
All Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, depending on availability and order volumes. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The list below is used as a guide and estimate, so that you may get an overview of shipping costs.
- Shipping method: Various selections may be available form UPS, USPS, or DHL. Shipment cost is free and estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.
- Shipping method: UPS, USPS and DHL, 2-3 days. Shipment may cost about $12 to $14 USD and estimated delivery time: 2 business days.
- Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States, and fees may vary.
On rare occasions, delivery delays can occasionally occur that are beyond our control, so please be mindful.
SECTION 3 - SHIPMENT TO POST OFFICE (PO) BOXES, ARMY POST OFFICE (APO), FLEET POST OFFICE (FPO), and DIPLOMATIC POST OFFICE (DPO) ADDRESSES
My Glam Tote ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
SECTION 4 - SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
SECTION 5 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
My Glam Tote is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, and other imposed local fees).

My Glam Tote is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
