Returns and Exchanges
OVERVIEW
While we strive to offer the best possible products and services to our customers, from time-to-time, you may need to process a refund or exchange. We highly encourage our customers to give the products a chance and experience the benefits and enjoyment of our products. We also track and monitor return and exchange abuse and we reserve the right to service customers who engage in such practices.
SECTION 1 - RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you should use our on-line form to process a refund or exchange request. You can find this form under the “Contact Us” page or you can find it here. If you would like to send us a refund related email message, you may write us to refunds@myglamtote.com. To process a refund or exchange, you will need your order number, shipping carrier and tracking number, an explanation for return, and any supporting attached pictures. Please note that returns will be processed with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and/or processed.
SECTION 2 - DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
SECTION 3 - EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Some products may carry a non-refundable policy as outlined in the product description. Exchanges may be granted on a case by case basis, however an exchange is not guaranteed.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
SECTION 4 - GIFT CARDS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
SECTION 5 - EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
SECTION 6 - EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
SECTION 7 - REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SECTION 8 - REFUND AND EXCHANGE ABUSE
We understand that on occasion, a customer may experience a reasonable issue with a product or service, and a refund or exchange may be issues if the product is covered for a refund or exchange.
Limitations are placed where customers, who engage in repeated orders with refunds and exchanges, may be denied service and their account may be shut down with no prior warning or notification.
Such activities are damaging to our partners, vendors, our business and other customers, therefore we encourage our customers to order wisely, enjoy our products and services and enjoy a mutual relationship by growing our community and creating a joyful experience for everyone.
